Naltrexone Reviews
Working / Worked
I am on this medication, and it seems to be helping. It shortens my relapses.

PLEASE TRY THIS DRUG! It is an opiate antagonist used for withdrawal symptoms. It is used off label to help reduce the urge for skin picking and cutting. I know it sounds crazy and when the doc in the hospital prescribed it to me I didnt believe him... but I havent even had the urge to cut since and I have had bouts of maniamixed episodes and been in the same state of mind where I would have previously cut. Please I encourage anyone to try this. I hope it works for someone else too.

I was addicted to the rushrelease I got from cutting and the Naltrexone made that stop. I stopped craving it. I dont think I could have stopped without the Naltrexone.

It has work very well. Haven't had a drink since five days before I took the first injection. It took a couple of days to really eliminate the strongest urges. I will be getting my forth shot today and I have no cravings to drink. I also take Alprazolam daily to reduce my stress level from my job.
Only problem for somone who doesn't have health insurance, each monthly injection is $740.00. My company insurance has me make a $20 co-pay, so it's not a proble, but I can see how it would be high.
