This is time line therapy. you go into the future ( in your head) and take strength from it. I looked every day at a photo of my aunt who went through 5-6 miscarages at the age of 42 before she had her two sons. I asked myslef,if someone asked her, would you go thought this again, in order to have your child, what would she say? and the answer was clear. I will go though this again, and again, and again, if I have to.
It gave me strength. I knew this will be my answer.
