I really did not enjoy any of the side effects, which there are too many to list, and some very odd ones to, the medicine is not approved for FM but it is for RLS now but it's very expensive as well, the first few weeks I took it I did sleep well but it cause freaky dreams. For me, the medicine was not worth it's side effects and cost

It works like a charm! I take .125mg (1/2 a pill) when I've been active or don't feel the RLS too bad. I take .25mg when I feel like it's going to be a bad night.
If I take the meds too late, I feel really groggy and out of it the next day. I usually take it at 6pm or whenever I have dinner.
