I took Minocycline last year for an skin infection, and after about four days of being on it, I noticed that my face cleared up, dramatically! It was amazing! But I've since lost my prescription for it, and it has quickly crept back. It works, but it's something I'd have to take for the rest of my life, because as soon as you stop taking it, it comes back. Minocycline is an antibiotic that kills the bacteria in your pores so when they become clogged they don't turn in to yellow heads.
