June 22 my AST was 50 and my ALT was 80. I started taking milk thistle and several other supplements immediately. On August 6 my AST was 47 and my ALT was 58.

i was using milk thistle before i even knew i had hep c. had always been a bit of a health nut, and was into detoxifying, and made sure my body was cleansed for years.

I did take it and think it helped. Probably should be taking it again. I like the liquid form. Put in a 4th of a cup of water. Tastes pleasant.
