Took as I was supposed to, many side effects but it felt better then feeling like I was going to die.

2 nd day on methimazole 10mg tid...

Still waiting for it to kick in. Hasnt gotten worse hasnt gotten better. My right eye is starting to get a little swelled so i guess its not working so well. My short term memory is a lot betterbut my irritation about things is worsened in the lastweek.

After starting with 10mg then being increased to 20mg, my TSH came back as almost non-existent and my FT4 0.7. My methimazole was then decreased to 15 mg and my results came back the same. I lost my job and insurance and visit the local low cost lab to have my blood drawn. I dropped my dose to 10 mg and now my results came back at TSH 4.98 and FT4 0.8. Which if I am not mistaken has placed me in the hypo state? I am tired, losing my hair very badly (so depressed because of it), gaining weight.
