It works but only because you are still taking drugs I do not feel like I have been cured because of the methadone but from therapy. Now I am addicted to Methadone and spending 400 a month on it. I would recommend to anyone trying to decide which one to go with to start with Suboxone.You are not going to get high of of the medicine so dont try it for that reason.

works well for a baseline, need other forms of narcotics for break through pain though. Takes a few days before it reaches it's full effect.

Have been on for 8 years. Gained 150 lbs in that time. Didn't know that was the reason for the weight gain until I found out on my own that some meds make people gain weight. Besides weight gain no other side effects.
