i was started on this when i was 17 years old because my parents didn't believe in BC. When my husband and I got married and decided to have children I had been on it for two years, and the first month i was pregnant. It helped with weight problems... i lost a some weight, some extra unwanted hair growth slowed down. i felt so much better both physically and emotionally on it.
