I have not taken it in years I hated the side affects. I am considering tacking it again.
Working / Worked
I take 2 and 1/4 pills every three hours. Without it I would not be able to do anything. Side effects are excessive sweating on my hands and feet, stomach pain and excessive saliva.
Working / Worked
I take Mestinon (NOW) 60mg 6-8 times/day. As long as I keep someting in my stomach, I do not get the diahrea side effect very often. Occasionally, I have dosed too soon and have about an hour of worsening of sx's of MG. Overall it has been good. I take the BRAND form vs Generic because I have a much BETTER outcome with the BRAND name product.
Working / Worked

It doesn't help my eye fatigue. I'm still dragging through the day. The doctor up my dose from 2 60 mg. tablets a day to 4 60 mg. I don't really notice i difference. It works a little better than if I wasn't taking anything. I do have to eat something when I take it.
