It was working much better. I am on 90mg 4xdaily. The last month it doesn't seem to be quite as helpful but I certainly can tell a difference when I forget to take it. No side effects noted as of yet.

I can't get a handle on this medication. I take it and sometimes it takes 1 1/2 hour before it works. Then 4 hrs later I feel weak. Increased saliva is my worst side effect.
