am in the process of increasing my dosge. I have been on 4 pills a day but will begoing to 6 pills a day this week. Jessica has been taking a mestinon derivative for the past 6 months. She takes 4 doses/day and we have seen improvement in her coordination and mobility. The only side effects that we have noticed are headaches. She seems to get them if she goes too long between doses. Her Pediatric Neurologist has started her on Vitamin B2 tablets bid and that seems to be helping some. The only other thing that we notice is that when it is close to time for the next dose she shows decreased muscle control.

Experienced diarheas on 60mg dosage. Reduced to 15 mg to start so my system would gradually adjust. Now taking 45 mg 3x daily. MG symptoms in check.
