I have been on the 10 mg for a week and have been loosing weight. I have been watching what I eat and exercising for 8 months, but could not stop bingeing eating....i haven't binged all week! it amazing. i had headaches for the first week, but today is day one of week two, on 15 mg, and i haven't had one all day. I have had no trouble sleeping. I have not felt myself, and been a bit down....i will see if that will go away.

I have been using meridia for 1 month and have lost 15 lbs I have combined it with Weight Watchers and increasing my exercise. I feel that it has worked well and the only side effects that I have is a dry mouth. Im taking 10mg once a day and I was wondering if anyone else is taking this medication and how they feel about it.
