It helps ease the pain for me. I havehad to start taken rintidene with mine, i was getting bad stomach cramping. Make sure to eat something first otherwise youl get an upset tummy.

They have been good at easing the cramps but i still get pain in my ovaries and cervix chronically as well as back. They have made my periods a little less heavy so that i am not in danger of being seriously anaemic but i still get other side effects.
