Meditation is a tool not only to help calm you and find some peace within but it makes you more aware of your repetitive thoughts. Most people suffering symptoms dont even realize how much time they are focusing on it. Over and over building pathways in the brain of this pattern of suffering. Through meditation I became more self aware. I used it as means to take a break from all that. Sitting in nature while doing it is far more powerful. The woods natural rhythms care powerfully healing.

Slowing down and breathing sometimes helps to get my head back in order. It gives me the opportunity to take a step back and observe my thoughts to discover whether or not they are rational.
