My massage experiences are about the same as with acupuncture although I find that massage helps for a longer period of time and I can go longer without it. Its more expensive sometimes than acupuncture but worth it.

it works but is costly. work in the long run but i have to keep going back.

Once per month I take advantage of the fact that a massage therapist comes to my workplace to do 15 minute chair massages and when I can afford to I go every three or four months for a 60 minute deep tissue massage. Massage can be an emotionally cathartic experience and also helps to remove toxins from your system and treat stress.
NO MORE MASSAGES...no money for it.
