WONDERFUL !! This was done by a woman that understands Fibro. She knew how to massage and where to massage. I felt really good and relaxed afterwards. She is just expensive and so I have to save up to go. Insurance wont pay for this at all the first thing that has actually given me some relief.

Lymph massage helps me a great deal. Contracted muscles dont allow for lymph to move.

Works great if you can afford it!

Works. Even just massaging my pelvis with the knuckles of each hand helps so I can do this any time within reason even while fully dressed. Side effects It looks stupid and I feel stupid when I do it. As for real massage by a true massage therapist I cant afford that.

Ever since I was diagnosed with Bell's Palsy, I have been massaging the side of my face with oil. It makes me feel a bit better.

massage works well for me. It helps keep my skin and muscles in good condition. Gentle Massage works best for me when I schedule routine visits. It helps my muscles from delevloping stiffness and tenderness
Working / Worked
I find that my neck and upper back get extremely tense and cause a lot of pain while I have my Migraines. If I have someone around to give a nice soothing massage it eases that part of the pain. It doesnt get rid of the Migraine though just the shoulder blade pain.
