This is very very very helpful. I actually have accomplished many great thing within in this as well. I obtained a black belt and am now teaching it to others as an instructor in my school.

Working out is very helpful to me. I am not on medication and given any choice would rather it remain that way. Sometimes things get really intense and we start to talk about med's but I break down and dig deeper and work harder in therapy and make it through.
