SCA armored combat. *Lots* of fun, but the entry costs can be high, and you will get bruised up.

I'm supposed to be in class twice a week. Haven't gone since my husband left. I do need to go back. It helps me physically, and spiritually, and my husband would be thrilled. Plus, he feels that it will help me deal with stress just a lil bit better.

Karate gave me with a sense of my body and to focus on movements I could not do,to break them down into smaller movements, until I could do it. As an instructor, I use basic karate and behavior analysis to help my students. The main ingredient is task analysis. Breaking down tasks that seem impossible, and train the movements that are precursors to those thasks is essential in this training. Children with short Achilles or other tendons, must perform stretching exercises daily
