My daughter arranged for private sessions of fitness training with her martial arts instructor. The instructor encouraged me to begin martial arts training since I had achieved the black belt in Tae Kwon Do years ago. I agreed and it has been fun to date. We started about 4 weeks ago and my energy level is better. We are also working on problems with my lower back by stretching and using the services of a Chiropractor.

When I was younger I was in Tae Kwon Do. I loved it and did well, I pushed myself harder then, than any other time in my life. I also was able to do things that amazed me and that I was very proud of. This was several years ago and unforunatly I'm not in the shape I was then.
I loved it and winters didnt hurt as much and when they did i came out cause i wanted to be back in class
