I just start today keeping my fingers crossed.

After finally finding magnesium citrate its liquid. Comes in 10 oz bottles and is sold as a laxitive I have gone for a couple of weeks with no afib. I take several small sips throughout the day but mostly treat it as a mouthwash and spit after about 30 seconds 3 or 4 times a day. Apparently I absorb enough thru my membrane to do me good. I just joined this group and will detail my experience where appropriate.

Horrible taste, they give this to people who have symptoms of shunt malfunction because they claim it can be caused by constipation. WARNING! Please drink lots of fluids while on this treatment because it will dehydrate you and they don't tell you this.

Didnt stop any of my labors and they tried it in 3 out of my 4 pregnancys. My last child they gave me something different and it worked 100 better to stop my labor.
