Started at 150 mg. per day, but am now taking 300 mg. per day which seems to work well for me. Dr. is presently having me use the new 30-day trial pack of Savella to address a recent bad flare. After 3 weeks, am now up the max. dose of 100 mg. per day. Taking the Lyrica, too...these seems to work well for me.

The Lyrica does work, at first then after I take them for a while they don't work as well. They also have caused me to gain weight. But this is the only medicine I've found that does really help, so I have to take it.
