Worked very well if you can handle the menopause side effects. I was sad to be taken off of this one because it helped with the pain more then any other treatment. However you can only be on it for 6 months before it starts to eat bone mass.

I began a six month treatment of Lupron in December 2010. Its now nine months since last shot six months since period returned and the pain has not returned and menstruation is much lighter. While on it I did experience the night sweats which made it difficult to sleep and hot flashes in the morning. My doctor tried giving me progesterone to help but it caused me to have panic attacks.
