The combination Lupron/casodex reduced my psa from 15.8 to zero over a period of three months. The biggest problem i have is incontenence due to the cryoablation. The Lupron/ Casodex has coused my penus to srink to half its original size which makes using an external catheter very insecure. the use of pads doesn't work either because of the volume of urine which soaks the pads within an hour or two. I am looking for an answer to this problem because it has drastically changed my life.

Yamin 2x daily is exactly same as Lupron
