Sometimes I have this overactive thinking thing when I go to bed and occasionally nothing else works so I take a Lunesta. It does work and doesnt leave me feeling dopey in the morning

Tried it last night and slept! Well 5.30am this morning...

Worked but had to give it up because it was becoming addictive.

Helped me get right to sleep and appeared to be non-habit forming.

Works at 6mgs a night. Dr. will only write 3mg a night even though in the hospital they gave 3mg repeated in an hour if you were not asleep. This means I sleep great for 15 nights and then my body struggles without sleep for two or three days and then sleeps 24 or so hours until it time to refill the Lunesta prescription.

Take a low dose about .75 mg before bed to help me sleep. Pain will still wake me in early AM hours so I take Vicodan then for pain.
