No salt, low salt, are both important precautions iin the control of MD. Slight droziness possible, but that helps me sleep at night.

Hi, I'm new here so bear with me. I've had Menieres for over 30 years so don't suffer attacks any more but have constant imbalance. I have lowered my salt intake lots but was told and have found it better to keep the salt intake at an even level. In other words no sudden extra salt. Has worked better for me. It's worth a try.
