Menieres changes your life. It all starts with diet. NO SALT! I ate a bag of Doritoes one night (cant eat just one) and the result was my hearing being gone for a week and a half. After that I realized the extent of the changes to come. I had already had the endolymphatic surgery, so following through with the diet part, along with the diuretic is key.
