Started to take LDN May 13, 2013. There seems to be some positive results so far with fatigue/stamina, clearer head and haven't fallen yet since taking it. I am taking 4.5mg before bedtime. . I am also taking 300mg Alpha Lipoic Acid twice a day. Worth a try. Stay tuned...

Started out slowly. Have been on it since Oct 2013. Just went up to 3 mg Mar 1 2014 and I think its kicking up symptoms. Sometimes it helps sometimes it doesnt.

Started LDN soon after starting Copaxone. Went from 1.5 from 3.0, and was sleeping better, going to the bathroom less, and was feeling in a better mood. I have currently stopped LDN since going on Solumedrol with my last two relapses and am now on Avonex.
