when ever I watch my carbs I feel a lot better.

This is the best way for me eat and help keep my energy good and my head clear. I avoide starchy carbs (incl potatoes), eat limted fruits but have as much greens as I like. I've noticed my body shape change (i'm apple) and I have finally found my curves. I also find it very useful in keep my system regular. The other good effect is that I eat less....but spoil it by picking at bad junk food that seems to be constantly around me, especially at work .
I loved it I am just so insanely addicted to carbs thaty I fall off from now and then.

i find that when i exercise & eat a low carb diet i hurt much less.
I was able to lose 15 lbs but put 5 back on that I can't seem to get back off. It is also hard not to eat carbs for long periods of time.
I follow a lower carb diet. There are many lower carb products to chose from at stores. From low carb breads to candies.
