My 17 yr old is giving 2 shots a day after bilateral PE with infarct. She is bruised but tolerating. Blood levels have been steady. Only injecting in her legs not belly.
2 doses, so can't really offer much

I only had 2 doses in the hospital, then was switched to Xarelto. I assume it worked.
Used this for first dvt. Seemed to work fine. Bruising was annoying, but tolerable. Also used for PE, did'nt work as fast as the DR hoped, so swithched to Heparin to thin my blood faster.
