As far as I know it's working. The only side effect I'veexperienced is occasional gas ad bruising.

As far as I know the shots worked but I did not like them at all. My poor body looks like it has been through a war after all the shots. I am black & blue and bruised all over. I have little burning sensation yet from time to time even. I am glad to be off of them and hope to STAY OFF of them.

I was on 150 mg of Lovenox twice a day which required 2 shots twice daily while I was in the hospital. I received 22 shots during my hospital stay. At this point, the shots are stopped in favor of the Warfin.

I learned how to give myself Lovenox shots while I was in the hospital and didn't like giving them to myself but apparently they worked to some extent because they let me go home! :)
