Somewhat Helpful
Have lost and gained over time, but currently down from 330 pounds to 310 pounds, and trying to make small changes. My doctor tells me that if I could get my weight below 170 pounds, the sleep apnea would improve greatly. I will be happy with each small success toward better health, normal body weight, strength and vitality.
