I think this has helped alot. I have lost 80 lbs., so I thought Ididn't need it, but my husbnad told me I still snored, and held my breath. Then due to medication, I gained 4o lbs back and boy could I tell a huge difference. I struggled to catch my breath! But now that is gone again, I am wondering if I still need it.

Combined weightloss with a more active lifestyle and decreased my pressure by 50%. It was difficult in the first half of weightloss and exercise but I kept my nose to the grindstone and did it but feel like I shouldn't still need the CPAP after all my hard work.

I have not been able to loose any weight but when I did, I felt so much better. I am taking Paxil for my Bipolar/Depression and it casues weight gain as a side effect.
