Successful transplant Oct 2008. Some complications, required permanent stents in liver.

Complications followed transplant to point where I still cannot work full-time... Long story, but so glad to be alive :-)

I had my transplant 6/22/10. transplant went as planned. no real problems a few bumps in the road, but not much compared to other situations that i have been aware of. I had one of the post-op stents get infected and was hospitalized for 5 days. and am on several standard transplant meds.

I got my transplant in June of '08. I have not felt this good in years. I was in hospital for ten days, back to work in 30. Cancer came back after two years.
