I'm on two types, been on 25/75 for years and just started on 5 units of reg. humalog last week to level out my highs and lows...we'll see how it works.

take 1 unit for every 40 after 120..seems to work as I take it before meals.

I have been on Humalog for around 6 years. I think this has been the most effective for me along with the use of Lantus. Very few lows for me.

I am currently taking this three times a day. It does work, but at times it lowers my blood sugars too low.
