April 2 while out of state had my first Pancreatic attack diagnosed. July had my second attack. Dr. now said I have chronic Pancreatitis after looking at my Amylase number. Do you just always have chronic Pancreatitis and it never really goes away. What can be done?

My jaw still hurts but I am just trying to prevent it from getting worse but not using my jaw as much.

My diet never sucessful cos I am always binging teh 4th day of whatever diet I would be using at that time. I want to lose weight so desperately but just can stop eating..HELP!
