I had an outbreak of genital warts around my anus for the first time this past summer which was brought on by stress. I immediately went to my Dermatologist who froze the warts. It removed the abnormal cells. The procedure was very uncomfortable.

The freezing itself was uncomfortable but not painful. However after the procedure I had a couple of minutes of extreme pain. Happened literally as soon as I walked outside. I believe it was some kind of reaction to the warm air, since I had just had cells "frozen."
