It's supposed to be for tinnitus, but I can't tell of its effectiveness. Label calls for 3 a day. I take 2.

My biggest problem is that I am a light sleeper and if I wake up in the middle of the night, i.e. 3:00 on, I cannot get back to sleep because it is so quiet and the ear noise is loud.
