Yes the patches do help. They are very stickly and move around and get crumpled up which can be annoying....but they can make the difference between standing and not standing!

It helps numb the pain and makes me feel really relaxed which is good but not for day time. Started using at night and it helps a lot and helps me sleep a lot better.
