best thing i have found thus far - in the patch form - but rarely use it b/c i am in incredible medical debt and there is no generic for it.
works well for helping stand wearing a removable cast on my left arm that has RSD. Learned however not to place on site RSD started or it would make it worse.

llove these patches, it takes several hours to start working, and the glue isn't fun, but when things are bad, i'll try eating mowed grass if they said it helped!
