I have been taking cipralex for about four months now. The first week, I felt nothing. Weeks two and three came with nasty side effects. Since then, I have felt like a new person. Cannot recommend this enough.

Of the different anti-depression meds I've been on, this seems to work the best with the least amount of side effects.I have dry mouth and weight gain.

Isn't Escitalopram basically the same as Citalopram? I was given Escitalopram as an inpatient but prescribed Citalopram by my GP.
