Like most antidepressants it worked awesome at first. Then I found it didnt and I wanted that feeling again. So I doubled my dose from 20mg daily to 40mg daily. Not a good idea a bit over excited. And my PCP wasnt happy so back to 20mg and added Wellbutrin 150mg daily. I felt stupid dull slow and still had depressive symptoms. Absolutely interfered with work. Im currently taking 40mg every 3 days and 20mg on other days to get up.
