this has helped reduce the water in my body so far after 4 weeks of taking this I have lost 6pds in water weight. It makes me feel really ill though. this med makes me feel dizzy sick belly ache bodywide aches. terrible back pain stomach acid tender abdomen. Thirst. I will persevere.
