I have been taking this starter pack for 2.5 weeks now. It starts out as 2 weeks at 25 mg then has 2 weeks of 50 mg then one week of 100 mg. I am starting to feel more happy but I still have consistent episodes of mild mania elation anger anxiety and sadness. My doctor is monitoring me closely on this medication.

I have taken several medications over the years for depression. Some lessen the urge to pull but the medication has always been used to treat the depression not the hair pulling as much. I suppose at times it has helped with the frequency but the urge is still there.
