It helps fuel my eating disorder because I cut out alot of things and end up starving, bingeing, then purging. But I can see where it could work for people other than me.
If I eat any and most dairy product foods I get stomach pain,gass pains and hurt for sometimes for hours or days.It makes my IBS worse.

Only just found out about the relationship of lactose intolerance and gluten intolerance.

I had a bowl of ice cream for dessert the other night which bloated and gassed me up. This has happened before.
I dont actually use a lot of dairy but I do put milk in my coffee/tea and eat cheese.
