I have extreme abdominal bloating and gas if I drink milk or consume too much cheese. I try to avoid lactose containing foods. Seems to help.

its helping i just kind of avoid milk products, i can have some dairy now just like once a day or not everyday or i have to be careful of what i eat along with dairy. i tried silk milk but it was absolutely disgusting so i just take my chances when i have a bowl of cereal.
