Abnormal pap again and 3 years later had to have cyro liquid nitrogen done to remove abnormal cells again.

Well it wasn't all that bad, but the worst is going into the little room and waiting to go into surgery. No side effects that i know of.

So far so good, but one never knows which way it will turn. Continuing testing every three months for the next 2 years. Hopefully it will get better!
