I actually had a great experience with La Weight Loss. I lost 35-40 lbs. I gained confidence and energy that I was lacking for quite some time after the birth of my third child. Unfortunately, I had to do the maintenance part by myself because I couldn't get to the counsellors. I still was losing weight but I was trying not to. My clothes were fitting fine and I didn't really care what the scale said. I needed to maintain. Unfortunately, a holiday took care of that.

I lost my 80 pounds on LA Weight Loss but our center closed just as I lost my weight and hit my first target of 160 #, I miss LA Weight Loss and its strict limited options.

Excellent! I lost 60 lbs. however, the franchise closed and I never could feel the same about Medifast, the replacement.

Lost alot of weight, but It's too expensive

Successful but expensive and could not make weekly meetings.

Did it about 6 years ago and it was working. I didn't like that they expected me to purchase and eat their bars. I was losing weight, then I got pregnant, so I quit the program and never returned.
