well when doc prescribed it it worked out great cause i suffer from social anxiety disorder also so its been a blessing it helps with two of my disorders now i can live life again,and not hide away in my house all the time

I take .5 mg at bedtime to help stop jaw clenching. Occasionally I take it during the day for anxiety as well.
