I love the way Tae Bo makes me full of energy after it is over. (I also feel more confident as a girl, in case I have to defend myself.)

A wonderful way to get rid of stress, release aggression .. and get in shape all at once .. A good choice for me ..
this gives me such a good workout and helps me build lots of muscle which in turn boosts my metabolism <3
ALWAYS helps!

I have them all. It's a great workout. Also, Janis Saffel has a great video series out. I also do Turbo Jam but am not so crazy about it..... not sure why.

Quit due to friends not going anymore and being a tad expensive which is a shame... was fun

Great workout to relieve stress! You totally feel exhausted afterward, but the next day I always felt more energized and ready to go again. It is difficult to do on your own though, and once I was unable to take more classes, I couldn't get back into it. I tried the Tae Bo tapes, but it just isn't the same as being in the gym atmosphere and have your friends there in a support system.

I had it as a class for a semester. It worked then the class ended.
