I'm also working with a physical therapist to build my pelvic muscles, but I'm not feeling like I'm making progress and I am extremely frustrated, hence why I finally did a google search to try and find a support group. At this point, I just want to quit everything because it seems like I'm just spending tons of money and seeing no progress.
