I take this when I cant be drowsy but I need the edge taken off. I take the lowest dose available at Vitamin Shoppe. So far no side effects but long term use can affect your liver so this is not something I take every day. Even my boyfriend has started drinking the Kava tea because it takes the edge off and helps him and he does not have anxiety or any other mental issues.

Take a natural sleep aid at times with Kava. very good!

I did get relief from drinking Kava, but the side effects of constant sinus problems and eye warering made it impossible to use very freinquitly. Also very costly.
