This one has been the best choice so far. I started back in Jan of 08 and lost 20 lbs in about 4 months. Then I went off and gained it all back, but am going to get back on the wagon asap.

I've currently lost 40 pounds in a little over a year. I've had a lot of lapses, but I am more determined than ever to keep with this and get to my goal weight so that I can feel better about myself.
